Born and raised on her family’s farm in South Newbury, Molly learned two things early on: progress takes many hands, hard work and problem solving, and that everyone has the right to live with dignity and to have their basic needs met.
Over the last few years since serving as Lt. Governor, Molly has grown and led the Vermont Afghan Alliance—a statewide organization helping Afghan allies who risked everything for the United States with jobs, driver’s licenses, housing, and other support.
Molly also became a mom and helps care for her mom, who battles multiple sclerosis, giving her an even clearer understanding of the caregiving and economic pressures facing working familIes.
As Washington chaos continues to drive up costs and threaten basic freedoms, Vermont needs leaders who aren’t afraid to hold the line or fight back, offer solutions and deliver locally.
With experience, urgency, and a record of standing up for others, Molly is running for Lt. Governor to protect fundamental rights, lower costs, and make life better for working families.
MEET MOLLY
MOLLY’S PRIORITIES
-
As Washington chaos and cruelty threaten basic freedoms, Vermont needs leaders willing to hold the line and fight back. As Lieutenant Governor, Molly will help use every tool at Vermont’s disposal to protect Vermonters from attacks on fundamental rights, inhumane immigration policies, voter suppression, the harm caused by tariffs and other destructive actions coming from Washington.
-
As a mom and caregiver, Molly understands the economic pressures facing working families—especially in an aging state like Vermont. As Lieutenant Governor, Molly will continue to fight for affordable child care and elder care, universal paid family and medical leave, and urgent health care reforms that ensure affordable access for every Vermonter, no matter where they live.
-
Even with one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country, Vermont has become one of the least affordable places to live. As Lieutenant Governor, Molly will be laser-focused on what matters most: building more housing and lowering costs, strengthening public schools while tackling cost drivers, and making sure every Vermonter can access a good-paying job by supporting Vermont's businesses and expanding hands-on job training efforts.
